    Established in 2004, Lakshya Digital is an interactive entertainment and game development services studio headquartered in Gurgaon, a city in the National Capital Region of New Delhi, India.

    Managed by an unparalleled top management team, we have quickly grown into one of the largest game production studios in South Asia; with two world-class game development studios in Gurgaon and Pune (near Mumbai), an Office in San Diego, California, USA and over 200 members as part of our team. Being in India gives us the “English” language advantage. Our entire team is comfortable in reading, writing and conversing in English.

    One of the most successful entrepreneurs in India, Shantanu is the founder and CEO of Educomp Solutions, a globally diversified education solutions provider and one of the largest education companies in the world.

    Armed with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, an entrepreneurial spirit and the foresight to predict the bright future of education, he founded Educomp in 1994. From a humble beginning, he has transformed the company into a publicly listed billion dollar company, employing 15000 professionals and reaching out to 26000 schools and 15 million learners and educators worldwide.

    His strategic inputs and invaluable support to Lakshya have always given it an edge over the others in this industry.

    He is the undisputed gaming guru in India. With over 20 years of experience, he has been a pioneer in the Indian video games space, has developed the first 3D game engine in India and has been responsible for setting up & running one of the largest animation studios of India. He is also a regular speaker at the GDC and NASSCOM events.

    His process-driven mindset has given Lakshya the huge advantage of SWAT®, a comprehensive workflow application that binds the company and its clients together seamlessly.

    Despite his stern looks, Manvendra is a people's person at heart - a fact amply demonstrated by the fierce loyalty of his team and staff members. It's thanks to him that Lakshya has the lowest attrition rate in the industry!!

    Seventeen years in the technology industry worldwide, have turned him into one of the most brilliant minds in business development, corporate strategy, e-Business and software consulting and sales and marketing.

    An IIT Rourkee and IIM Ahmedabad graduate by qualification, Dib is a keen athlete and fitness freak by choice. His aggression on the track is matched only by his passion for driving Lakshya into new and innovative business areas.

    His out-of-the-box business strategies and impeccable work ethics are the building blocks on which Lakshya's super-fast growth is based on.

    With vast experience in areas like Game Art, Game design, Multimedia and eLearning, Anando has a deep understanding of the creation of content for interactive domains He was the Lead Game Designer for the first 3D Action Adventure game developed in India and has managed production across genres and platforms

    His enviable combination of design, art, technology and production knowledge, have helped him manage people and production at Lakshya since its inception

    With an in-depth understanding of the Video Games production pipeline, he keeps a watchful eye over the entire production floor. Usually chilled out and considerate by nature, he is however, a hard taskmaster, when timelines demand it. He is the man, who gets the job done within deadlines, come what may!

    With more than 20 years of involvement in various capacities, Michael has seen the video game industry grow from infancy to its current maturity.

    Thanks to his recruitment background, focusing exclusively on games and interactive entertainment, he currently has one of the widest networks of contacts in the industry.
